The Harker School, San Jose, CA  9/67-4/02:

Assistant Head of School, Non-Academic Affairs 9/99-4/02
Responsible for supervision of all programs and departments operating outside the academic classrooms, including security, transportation, campus safety, student activities, athletics, recreation and summer programs.

Dean of Students 9/76-8/99

Created student handbooks and disciplinary policies and  procedures; implemented the school's disciplinary policies; trained faculty and staff in the implementation of the disciplinary system.
 
Directed the school's safety committee, conducting quarterly campus tours and following up on recommendations and corrections.

Directed the transportation department, training drivers, scheduling vehicles/drivers, supervising vehicle maintenance.

Summer Programs Director 6/78-8/98
Directed the Harker Summer Programs, supervising an administrative staff of 15 and a camp staff of 400, serving over 1500 campers during the summer months.

Hired coaching staff, scheduled games for 14 teams in 8 sports; Taught PE classes and health education for grades 6-8.
