A risk management plan provides very little help in reducing liabilities
and injuries if it is not communicated to your faculty and staff and implemented
by them on a daily basis "in the field."

How do you get your staff to "buy in" to the concept of risk
management and program safety? This hands-on workshop for faculty
and staff includes: general principles of liability, approaches to risk
management; examples of relevant court cases; explanation of the concept
of in loco parentis; additional liabilities facing program staff; a hands-on
model for risk management that staff can use in their daily activities;
identification of program risks in YOUR programs and the preparation or
a risk management manual for YOUR program.
