of risk agreements? Which should you be using for various activities
and programs? How do you balance the protection afforded by these documents
with the potential fear and apprehension parents may experience?

This workshop includes: comparison of types of permissions, waivers
and assumption of risk agreements; marketing these forms effectively to
parents and other constituents; legal implications of various types of
releases; drafting effective policies; effective follow-up with parents
and related constituents.
